Students from the Pleasant View Campus participated in the STEM Olympiad in Paris, Arkansas on Friday. The event was organized by Science Teachers, Mrs. Stephanie Hart and Mrs. Diane Humphrey. Congratulations on a successful event.

3rd STEM Challenge - Sebastian Huffman, Brayden Davis, Brycen Marvin
2nd Egg Buggy - Carson Godwin & Michael Carrier
1st Robotics - Isaac Mayner & Brycen Marvin
3rd Place Robotics- Ian Price, Carter Glidewell, and Dylan Meinert
The STEM Olympiad is a joint activity sponsored by Guy Fenter Education Service Cooperative and regional school districts of Western Arkansas. Originally organized in 2010 and called Destination Space, the STEM Olympiad has grown to become one of the largest student STEM competitions in the United States. In 2013, it was recognized by the National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) as the outstanding STEM competition in the Southwest.
