Freshman Kiarra Carter is a finalist in the Arkansas Peace Week Art and Essay Contest with her entry The Red String. Winners from both contests will be announced at an event at the Arkansas State Capitol Rotunda on November 16th. Let's all congratulate her and wish her good luck!
